Every Laika is packed in a rigid, foam-lined box and shipped with tracking. Most of our international customers are in the USA and Europe.

- You receive a tracking number the day the guitar ships and can follow it door to door.
- Packaging
- The guitar is de-tuned slightly, wrapped, placed in its gig bag, and boxed with rigid foam on all sides.
- Shipping cost
- USA: shipping is included in the price. International: we quote tracked, insured courier shipping (DHL, FedEx or UPS) with your spec sheet, or we give you the boxed dimensions and weight and ship with the carrier of your choice. Import duties and taxes are not included and are the buyer's responsibility, so check your country's rates before ordering.

Most custom Laika guitars are built in 3 to 5 weeks. International delivery usually takes about 4 weeks depending on destination, customs, and carrier conditions.

Duties, taxes, warranty.
Import duties and customs
Prices are in US dollars. Import duties, VAT, sales tax or customs fees charged by your country are not included and are the buyer's responsibility.
Warranty and support
Every Laika guitar includes a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by shipping carriers after delivery.
Returns are accepted only by approved request and only for verified manufacturing defects. Read the full return policy.
Returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, which are covered by the 2-year warranty. Custom-built instruments cannot be returned for change of mind.
